PAYMENT

For orders, you may pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or PayPal (there's no need to be a PayPal member and you can pay with any credit card).

All purchases made within the state of Massachusetts must be charged a 5% sales tax.

SHIPPING

Items normally ship within 4 business days of cleared payment.

International Shipping is done through the US Mail, Airmail. Please allow several weeks for delivery of your package.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Artwork:

All original artwork and framed pieces are final sale. However, if you purchased a print and are not 100% satisfied with it, whatever the reason, we will allow returns and exchanges within 15 days of the date on your order, provided the item has not been damaged or taken out of it's original plastic wrapping.

Jewelry:

I stand behind my work. Period. Repairs are rarely necessary due to the quality of elements used and my attention to detail, but if you ever have a problem with a piece jewelry, please contact me immediately and I will do whatever I can to help you! Exchanges may be made within 10 days of when you receive your order. Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. Items must be unworn/unused and in original packaging and condition. Custom work cannot be returned, but I do offer one free design revision.

MATERIALS

Art Work:

All original paintings are created on high quality acid free papers.

Framed Art:

All pieces framed are encased only in acid free materials, with glass, dust cover backing, and ready to hang.

Prints:

The image is 6 inches by 6 inches. Each piece is hand signed by Leslii. They are printed on high quality heavy stock acid free paper. And comes with a 2 to 3 inch white acid free mat around the art and acid free foam core backing all wrapped in clear plastic at a price of $30.00

Jewelry:

Please note that pieces with vintage components, natural elements, or pieces that are hand painted, will sometimes vary slightly. Semi precious stones and freshwater pearls also vary sometimes in shade and cut. Due to the handmade, one of a kind nature of my work, you may find a shell button instead of a glass button, or a slightly different arrangement of stones in a "randomly" designed piece. If you have a specific request, please contact me. I use only sterling silver or copper as my metals.

Fresh jewelry line: Silver plated chains or sterling silver chains, resin pendants, silver plated or sterling silver small embellishment and the lobster claw can be either sterling silver or silver plated. All of these pieces are handmade.

PRIVACY

I am committed to keeping your personal information safe and will NEVER sell, rent, or share your information with others. Your personal information (including, but not limited to, name, billing address, phone number, email address, and credit card/PayPal information) will only be used as necessary to fulfill your order. I do send out a newsletter with a discount coupon code several times a year, but you can email me( studio23hudson@gmail.com )if you prefer not to receive this.

WHOLESALE

Please contact me, studio23hudson@gmail.com with your name and business name, location, and nature of business (Gallery, clothing boutique, gift shop, etc) for a wholesale price sheet and ordering information. I'm always looking for new lovely shops to carry my jewelry line and art!
