I miss teaching my peeps in person in the studio but these past 8 months have been a really big learning experience in the yoga world. I am grateful to be able to offer yoga classes through Zoom and enjoy "seeing" my students every week.

I look forward to teaching and sharing my knowledge of this amazing practice and holding space.
