We ship via UPS and USPS
We ship within 1 - 5 business days of receiving payment for an order.
Larger items may take longer to ship. This will be noted within the listing.
We will do our best to notify you if there is a delay in processing time. If you have any specific requirements for shipping, please notify us when placing your order.
If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees will be charged to the customer.
Unless specifically requested, we do not insure any of our packages (aside from the $50 included with USPS Priority Mail). Please contact us if you'd like additional insurance when placing an order.
Feel like shipping costs are too high?
Occasionally the shipping calculator can miscalculate shipping costs on larger orders. If you feel that this is the case, please contact us.
Please inspect your package upon arrival. In the case of an item being damaged, please refer to our "Refund Policy"
We only accept returns for defective, mislabeled, and/or damaged products. Please contact me to arrange for the return of the product within 15 days of the order date. The regular return process can take up to 1 – 3 weeks after the returned product is received. Shipping is free only for damaged or defective products.
Your satisfaction is our priority. We provide detailed information including measurements and high-resolution photographs of our products in each listing. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, please do not hesitate to contact us, we would be happy to answer them.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund, exchange the product for a replacement, or get store credit equal to the cost of the original product.
You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you received it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging and the original receipt must be provided.
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged. Proof of damage must be provided within 3 days of receiving the product.
SPECIAL HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
Any crystal can be exchanged for equal store credit up to 6 months. Please just provide a receipt upon return.
