Booking & Payment
- Services may require a deposit to secure booking
- Full payment terms will be outlined at time of booking or contract agreement

- Payment confirms agreement to the scope of services
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations should be made with reasonable notice
- Deposits may be non-refundable due to reserved time and preparation
- Rescheduling is subject to availability
- No-shows may be charged in full

Creative Work (Photography & Design)
All creative work is produced in alignment with Studio 23’s artistic vision and professional standards.
Deliverables
- Final images, designs, or digital assets will be delivered in agreed formats

Artistic License
Studio 23 retains creative control over editing style, composition, and final presentation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Usage Rights

Wellness Services (CoyDog Botanicals & Yoga)
Participation in yoga, sound healing, breathwork, and Ayurvedic wellness sessions is voluntary.
