Magical Mondays - Rejnventate, Relax & Restore

Restorative Yoga Class 4-5 pm 

 

Restorative Yoga is a practice dedicated to deeply nourishing the body through mindfully resting the body and mind. The practice focuses on "being" rather than doing. An extensive range of yoga props(blocks, blankets, straps, and bolsters) can be used to create a fully supported practice allowing the body to unwind passively and the mind to move towards stillness.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class 7-8:15 pm Live Online

This class is designed to move students through a variety of standing, sitting, and supine postures. Each class follows some format of centering, breathing exercises, and warming up the body to allow students to go deeper into a sequence of yoga poses. These poses are intended to open the chest, hips, stretch out the back, thighs, and calf muscles while helping to calm the mind and the nervous system.  By integrating breath with movement, we begin to balance strength and ease both on and off the mat. This class is appropriate for all levels.

Tools of Transformation Tuesdays & Thursday Mornings - Myofascial Yoga Class

9-10 am Live Online

Adding Myofascial release to your fitness routine will help you relieve muscle tightness, soreness, and inflammation. It can also increase your range of motion, flexibility, and mobility.

What Is this you may be asking?

Ball/Foam Roller rolling is a self-myofascial release (SMR) technique. Think of it as self-massage. It’s an effective tool to add to your warm-up or cooldown, before or after yoga.

Self-myofascial release creates deep compression to break up adhesions formed between muscles and their surrounding tissues as well as relax tight muscles. Imagine you are tenderizing your own muscles. It also provides you with the ability to apply pressure to specific body areas and control the intensity of that pressure. This is a huge benefit to people and helps release stress and tension in the body.

Private  Yoga Classes, We Come To You

Your own special Private Yoga Class, in your preferred location! One on one for healing, mending, or addressing what ails you. We work together in the comfort of your home (or office, or wherever) to heal, mend, or addressing an injury, illness, or mood. No yoga experience required. We will bring our very own custom organic herbal teas.​​ (some restrictions on distance.
